How TruePane Windows & Doors Came to Doral
We didn’t start TruePane. The brand has been around since 2008, built on a simple rule Dale Kessler learned early: if the pane is not true, the job is not done. What we did was bring it to Doral, and we did that because this city needed it.
Doral is not an easy place to put windows. The humidity sits on everything. Salt rides in off the coast. Summer storms roll through fast and hard, and a window that wasn’t sealed right gets found out in the first heavy rain. We saw homeowners replacing the same window twice, paying twice, and still having no one to call when the second one failed. That’s the thing that bothered us most. Not the bad installs, though there were plenty. It was the refusal to come back. The avoided calls. The fine print.
So when we opened our doors here, we made a promise to this specific city: every job we take gets the Keystone Standard. Both warranty layers in writing. Durations stated. Ninety days on our workmanship, no arguing. If a window binds in July or fogs in year three, we come back. That’s the whole arrangement. It’s the same standard TruePane has held since 2008, and it’s the reason we brought the brand to Doral.
Dale Kessler’s Personal Connection to the Windows & Doors Trade
Dale Kessler grew up around glass. His father worked in the trade, which means the smell of glazing compound and the sound of a putty knife scraping against a sash were just part of childhood. He’d watch the old man set a pane, running a level along the frame, stepping back to squint at the reveal. If it was off by a hair, the pane came back out. No one said anything. It just got done again.
That stayed with him. He spent years in general contracting, working for an outfit that did a little of everything, and the pattern was always the same. The framing was fine. The drywall was fine. The windows were the argument. They bound in the heat. The seals failed early. The warranty turned out to cover neither, and the customer was the one left holding the bill. Dale kept finding himself on the phone, explaining to a homeowner why the window they’d paid good money for was already failing. It ate at him.
What he loves about this trade, genuinely, is that it’s honest work when you do it right. A square opening. A level frame. Correct flashing. The whole craft comes down to getting a pane to sit true in its opening, and when it’s right, it doesn’t make noise. It doesn’t bind. It just works for twenty years. He says the best compliment in this business is silence. A customer who never thinks about their windows again got what they paid for.
If he weren’t doing windows, he’d still be doing something with his hands. Probably furniture. But windows are the one trade where he can walk into a house, look at an opening, and know within a minute whether the person before him did the job right or just got it done. That’s the part that gets him out of bed. Knowing he can fix what the last guy got wrong.
Meet Dale Kessler - The Person Behind Every Job
Dale Kessler is the Owner and Founder of TruePane Windows & Doors, and he’s spent his whole working life around glass. Trained in the trade from the ground up, he holds the licensing and insurance the state requires, and he’s been setting and sealing windows and doors for more than a decade and a half. He’s not a franchise technician working a route. He’s a craftsman who knows exactly what happens to a window in South Florida if you skip the flashing or rush the caulk line.
The thing about Dale is that he’s fussy in a way that serves the customer. He checks the level twice. He reads the manufacturer’s installation manual even when he’s installed that same window fifty times. He doesn’t rush. Off the clock, he’s the kind of person who keeps a tidy truck and a tidy conscience, and he’ll tell you straight that the best part of this job is standing back after the final trim goes on and knowing the window will do its job for as long as the homeowner lives there. That’s his commitment. Every job, every time.
Our Promise to Doral Homeowners
The Keystone Standard is how we work, and it’s broken down into four commitments we call our K.E.Y.S. Krafted right means trained journeymen, proper materials, no shortcuts. Every time means the last job of the week gets the same care as the first. Your home first means we treat your house the way we’d treat our own family’s. Standing behind it means if something isn’t right, we come back. No paperwork, no arguing.
Those aren’t slogans on a poster. They’re how we’ve built our name in this city. When we quote a job, we quote the manufacturer lines side by side on paper so you can see exactly what you’re paying for. When we finish a job, we register both warranty layers before the truck leaves your driveway. And when something goes wrong, which happens occasionally no matter how careful you are, we answer the phone and we come back. That’s the promise.
Our Credentials
- State-licensed and insured. Every pro working under the TruePane name is required to hold the license and insurance their state requires. No exceptions.
- Bonded. We carry bonding as a standard part of how we operate, because it protects you if something goes sideways.
- Local experience. We know Doral’s humidity, its salt air, and its storm season because we work in it every week.
- Strong local reputation. We’ve earned our name in this community one job at a time, and we plan to keep earning it for decades.
Those credentials matter because you’re letting someone into your home. You want to know the person measuring your openings knows what a South Florida window has to withstand. You want to know that if something goes wrong, there’s a bond and an insurance policy behind the work. You want to know the company will still be here next year, and the year after that. We will be.
Rooted in Doral
We serve Doral and the surrounding communities, from Fountainebleau and Kendale Lakes to Sweetwater, Tamiami, Westchester, West Miami, Westwood Lakes, Medley, Miami Springs, and Hialeah Gardens. We hire local. We answer the phone with a person. And we plan to be in Doral in thirty years, which is exactly how a company acts when it intends to stay.
When you call TruePane Windows & Doors at (386) 854-7948, you’re calling a company that’s put down roots here. We’ll give you a straight answer, a written estimate, and a window or door that’s true. That’s the whole deal.
